Return Policy

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items like opened collectibles or damaged packaging due to handling will not be eligible.

  • We do not accept returns on clearance, sale, or personalized items unless defective.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@bachfun.in with your:

    • Order ID

    • Product Name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged/defective)

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during purchase.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account or wallet.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through UPI or bank transfer, and you will be asked to provide account details.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged.
